We are pleased to inform you that you have cracked the interview with XYZ IT Services S.A.S Nagar Mohali and now we are glad to offer you for internship at our Mohali office as _________.

You will undergo an interim  training for a period of 3 months(Which may further be extended for another 3 months by the management at XYZ IT Services Mohali and during the above-said training period you will perform the roles and responsibilities assigned to you by ______________ and you will report directly to ___________.

During your Internship training period, you may have access to confidential business information belonging to XYZ IT Services. By accepting this offer of employment, you acknowledge that you will keep all of this information strictly confidential, and refrain from using it for your own purposes or from disclosing it to anyone outside the Company. In addition to this, you agree that, upon conclusion of your training/ employment, you will immediately return to XYZ IT Services all of its property, equipment, and documents, including electronically stored information.

As an Intern Trainee, you will not be an employee of XYZ IT Services. Therefore, you will not receive salary, wages, or other compensation. As an Intern Trainee, you will not receive any of the employee benefits, which regular XYZ IT Services employees receive.

Terms of Internship:

  1. Tenure of training period will be of 3 months wherein stipend of Rs _____ P.M will be paid.
  2. The internship training period of 3 months can be further extended for a period of 3 months by XYZ IT Services.
  3. You will be bound by indemnity bond duly signed by you, which is signed by you without any undue influence or pressure.
  4. Your timings will be from 10 AM to 6:30 PM and from Monday to Saturday.
  5. You are not entitled to any leave during the 3 months internship training period.
  6. Performance Evaluation areas are mentioned in Annexure A for Stipend/ Salary revision clauses.
  7. Internship Trainee has no right to claim any employment/job from XYZ IT Services as a matter of right, however at the end of their training period of 3 months Ducktail IT Services might offer a job to the Internship trainee at their sole discretion.
  8. If job is offered by XYZ  IT Services to the internship Trainee and the same is accepted by him/her then he/she will have to sign Employment Contract and abide by such other terms and conditions which may be made by XYZ It services from time to time.
  9. XYZ IT Services reserves the right to end the Internship training at any time without any prior notice in writing.
  10. If at any time intern trainee is found indulged in any misconduct which is likely to prejudice the working of DuckTale IT Services then DuckTale IT Services reserves the right to end the internship training with immediate effect.
  11. If intern trainee accepts the employment offer offered by Ducktail IT Services then he cannot leave XYZ IT Services before a minimum period of 1 year starting from the date of Appointment Letter Provided if he/she wants to leave the company before the mandatory period of 1 year he/she will pay a sum of Rs _______ to XYZ IT Services.
