MLR of Physical Violence from Hospital
In case of any physical violence by any of the family member of in laws, immediately go to any government hospital and preserve medical reports at safe place. If an injury is serious, then call police control room and ask them to conduct MLR from a government hospital.
Domestic Violence F.I.R – D.V Act
In case of visible physical injuries, immediately file a written complaint to the police along with MLR sheets and ask them to register F.I.R ,against all the accused.
498a Complaint – Dowry Demands
If violence is accompanied by regular demands of dowry then a woman has a right to file a complaint with S.S.P of respective area at police Complaint window or through an email. The same is forwarded to the concerned women cell for reconciliation or registering a F.I.R.
